Registration

• All presenters and special sessions organisers, as well as regular attendants must have a valid registration.
• Access to ICE IEEE/ITMC 2026 Conference is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The ICE IEEE/ITMC 2026 Conference programme may be subject to changes.
• The ICE IEEE/ITMC 2026 Conference will publish only papers that are presented by a registered author.
• Only papers that were presented at the conference will subsequently be made available via IEEE Xplore®.

Refunds are not foreseen. A registered person may be substituted by another at any time, after informing and receiving confirmation from the secretariat. In the unlikely event of not being able to find a substitute the following refund arrangements apply: registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund; registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund. If the event has to be postponed the registrations remain valid.

The conference organization is not responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
